1. We are not a lender
Capital Finance Network is an information and introduction service operated by Sentinel Holdings I LLC. We are not a bank, a lender, a finance company, a factor, a lessor, a servicer or a credit repair organisation. We do not make credit decisions, issue approvals or commitments, set rates or fees, fund facilities, or service accounts.
Any facility you may obtain is originated, underwritten, documented and funded by an independent third-party finance company under its own credit policy and its own contract with you. We are not a party to that contract and cannot vary its terms.
2. Nothing here is an offer of credit
All amounts, terms, ranges, structures and worked examples on this site are illustrative of how the commercial finance market is generally organised. They are not offers, quotations, pre-approvals or predictions of what any business will be approved for. Actual availability and cost depend on the funder, your credit profile, your sector, your time in business and prevailing market conditions.
3. Information, not advice
Content on this site is general information about commercial finance instruments. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it does not take account of your particular circumstances. Consult your own qualified advisers before entering into any financing transaction.
4. How we are compensated
We do not charge businesses for enquiries, file preparation or introductions. Where a funder completes a facility introduced by us, that funder may pay us a commission. This creates a potential conflict of interest, which we manage by disclosing which funders received your file and by providing commission details for a specific funder on request before you sign. 5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and current information. Misrepresentation in a finance application may be a criminal offence.
- Use the site only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use automated means to scrape or overload it.
- Keep any client area credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.
6. The client area
The client area is provided for convenience in tracking enquiries and documents. Figures, tables and status indicators shown there are illustrative placeholders generated for display and are not a statement of account, a credit approval, a balance, or a legal record of any obligation. Nothing displayed in the client area creates or evidences a financing relationship. We may suspend or terminate an account at any time.
7. Third-party sites and funders
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices, privacy policies or the terms of any product they offer. Your dealings with any funder are solely between you and that funder.
8. Intellectual property
The text, layout, design and code of this site belong to Sentinel Holdings I LLC unless otherwise indicated. Photography is licensed from third parties and is not licensed onward to you. You may read, print and share pages for your own business use; you may not republish substantial portions commercially without permission.
9. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment. Market conditions and funder policies change frequently.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel Holdings I LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of this site or from any financing you obtain from a third party. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Sentinel Holdings I LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Laramie County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable right you have to bring a claim elsewhere.
